My workshop is my kingdom. Machines, files, sanding paper, scalpels and a millon other things. I mostly use cherry and steamed pear but I also use wood from one very special tree. When the avenue in the royal park of the world heritage Drottningholm Castle were replanted, I managed to get hold of four hundred year old lime tree wood. Imagine working with wood that was already a hundred years old when the original Gustavian furniture that I replicate in miniature were made. When king Gustav III walked in his park, it is not unlikely that he would have stopped in conversation next to this very tree or maybe as a child played hide-and-seek behind it.
